With this package you will visit 4 of the most exciting and sought after destinations in Brazil: Rio de Janeiro (including Buzios), the magical and exotic state of Bahia, the island paradise of Fernando de Noronha and the legendary Amazon.

Brazilians say that God created the world in six days and, on the seventh, he created Rio . This "Marvelous City", with its stunning Pao de Acucar (Sugar Loaf Mountain), the impressive Corcovado (the statue of Christ) white sand beaches and green, granite based mountains, must be the most beautiful and exciting city in the world. Búzios, once a tranquil fishing village, is home to some of Brazil's most stunning beaches, exotic boutiques, hip restaurants and bars, and unique architecture, which explains why Brigitte Bardot frequented this destination in the 1960's and spread the fame of Buzios across the globe.

You will also visit Salvador, known for its history, culture and beauty and Praia do Forte, a quaint fisherman village, known for its beaches, restaurants and artisan shops that give you a glimpse of what the state of Bahia has to offer in terms of rich history, culture and natural beauty.

With crystalline waters and an abundance of stunning tropical marine life, as well as wonderfully preserved beaches and virtually no pollution, Fernando de Noronha is a paradise for divers, surfers, nature lovers, and anyone wanting to escape to a tropical island paradise. This beautiful and peaceful island is part of a volcanic archipelago of 21 islands which lie 345km (220 miles) off the northeast coast of Brazil.

The Amazon has a wealth of life richer than any place else on earth and two of the best places to see some of this incredible wildlife are at the Amazonat Jungle Lodge and the Uacari Lodge.

The Amazonat Lodge, built with great sensitivity to the landscape and concern for the preservation of the environment, offers walking trails, bird watching tours, boat tours, jungle night treks and survival tours. This Lodge is a truly unique place, situated only a one and a half hour drive from Manaus.

Uakari Lodge, situated near the small city of Tefe (1.5 hours SSW by commercial plane from Manaus), is strategically located off a tributary of the Solimoes River making it an ideal place to observe the abundance of wildlife such as birds, monkeys, caiman, dolphins, fish and much more. Its 5 floating cabins guarantee close contact with nature at all times.

Rio - 5 nights includes:

• 2 nights at the Miramar Palace Hotel. Situated in front of Copacabana beach, Rio de Janeiro is literary at your feet when you stay at this traditional and elegant hotel.

• City tour of Tijuca Forest, Corcovado (the Christ statue), sunset at the Pao de Acucar (Sugar Loaf Mountain) and other Hot Spots, including Santa Tereza, Chacara do Céu Museum, Vista Chinesa (Chinese Lookout point) and Mesa do Imperador (the Emperor's Table).
• Accommodation in Buzios:
• 3 nights at the Pousada Casas Brancas. This charming and fashionable pousada is located only five minutes by foot from Rua das Pedras (the main village street), where boutiques, restaurants, bars and live music mingle with fishing boats lined up on the beach.

Bahia - 5 nights includes:

• 2 nights at the Hotel Catharina Paraguacu. This charming old Colonial home is located in the central Bohemian district of Rio Vermelho. It is walking distance from the beach and from many good bars and restaurants.
• Tours in Salvador:

• Full Day Salvador City Tour featuring Pelourinho, a typical Bahian lunch, Mercado Modelo, and other historical sites.
• Accommodation in Praia do Forte:
• 3 nights in Praia do Forte at the Pousada Farol das Tartarugas. This new pousada is located 20 meters from the beach and next to the TAMAR Project Visitor Center.
• Tours in Praia do Forte:
• Transfers Salvador -> Praia do Forte and Praia do Forte -> Salvador are included in this package.
• 4-Wheeler tour through Atlantic Forest with a river stop (1 adult per quad)

Fernando de Noronha - 4 nights includes:

• 4 Nights at the Pousada Zé Maria, one of the best lodging options in Fernando de Noronha, which has incredible food and views of the island.

• Buggy rental for 4 days (most automobiles on the island are sand buggies).

• 4 nights at the Amazonat Jungle Lodge, located 158 kilometers (98 miles) east of Manaus. Amazonat offers a complete variety of nature viewing tours to see incredible wildlife and flora, as well as, fishing and survival trips, such as learning how to make your own blow gun.
• Tours:
• Jungle night trek looking for giant spiders and fluorescent fungus.
• Jungle treks to see flora and fauna with demonstrations of survivial techniques.
• Full day Forest Trip with emphasis on eco trip.
• Full Day Amazon River Trip to view the meeting of the Amazon River and the Rio Negro.
• Fishing trip & Pink Dolphin sighting, bird watching and alligator spotting.
• Accommodation at Uakari Lodge:
• 4 nights in one of the Uacari Lodge's 5 floating cabins, situated off a tributary of the Solimoes River . The Lodge was designed for minimum environmental impact and is located inside the Mamiraua Reserve, the largest existing block of protected Amazonian rainforest.
• Tours:
• Walking trails through the flooded forest (during the rainy season only boat trips are possible).
• Native Indian Harpoon fishing.
• Trip to Lake Mamiraua in motorized canoe to see a variety of wildlife.
• Paddling trips in dugout canoes to see birdlife and fauna.
• Trip to visit a local riverine "Caboclo" village.
