With this package you will visit some of Brazil's most famous destinations - the city of Rio de Janeiro, the spectacular Iguassu Falls, Salvador da Bahia, Brazil's first capital city, and the tranquil fishing village of Praia do Forte.

The 'Marvellous City', as Rio's inhabitants, the Cariocas, call it, is indeed one of the most beautiful and exciting cities in the world. Uniquely situated on a narrow strip of land between green mountains and the deep blue sea it is surrounded by coves, white sand beaches and granite based peaks, the most famous of which is the Pao de Acucar (Sugar Loaf Mountain).

The Iguassu Falls are considered to be one of the seven wonders of the modern world and, at over 3km (1.9 miles) wide and 80m (263 ft) high, their beauty is unsurpassed.

Visiting Salvador, known for its history, culture and beauty, and Praia do Forte, a quaint fisherman village, known for its beaches, restaurants and artisan shops will give you a glimpse of what the northeastern state of Bahia has to offer in terms of rich history, culture and natural beauty.

This package offers privately guided city tours as well as nature tours to some of the most amazing sites in Brazil whilst staying at very comfortable and relaxing accommodations in hotels and pousadas.

Rio 3 nights includes:

Accommodation in Rio:
- 3 nights at the Miramar Palace Hotel. Situated in front of Copacabana beach, Rio de Janeiro is literary at your feet when you stay at this traditional and elegant hotel.
Tours:
- City tour of Tijuca Forest, Corcovado (the Christ statue), sunset at Pao de Acucar (Sugar Loaf Mountain) and other Hot Spots, including Santa Tereza, Chacara do Céu Museum, Vista Chinesa (Chinese Lookout point) and Mesa do Imperador (the Emperor's Table).

Iguassu 2 nights includes:

Accommodation:
- 2 Nights at the Iguassu Falls in the beautiful Tropical das Cataratas hotel, the only hotel situated in the National Park and directly in front of the falls.
Tours:
- Half day Macuco Safari Boat and rafting.
- Tour of the Brazilian side of the Iguassu Falls, lunch, and tour of the falls from the Argentinian side.
- Trip to Parque das Aves (Bird Park).

Bahia 3 nights includes:

Accommodation in Salvador:
- 2 nights in Salvador at the Hotel Catharina Paraguacu. This charming old Colonial home is located in the central Bohemian district of Rio Vermelho. It is walking distance from the beach and from many good bars and restaurants.
Tours:
- Full Day Salvador City Tour featuring Pelourinho, a typical Bahian lunch, Mercado Modelo, and other historical sites.
Accommodation in Praia do Forte:
- 1 night in Praia do Forte at the Pousada Farol das Tartarugas. This new pousada is located 20 meters from the beach and next to the TAMAR Project Visitor Center.

all transfers and tours in private air-conditioned vehicles with your private English-speaking guide. Due to the nature of some tours vehicles might not be air conditioned.

Adventure:

easy. All ages are welcome. The walking tours to see the falls require climbing up and down steps to get a good view of the falls. Tropical weather and direct sunlight demands sun protection and plenty of fluids.
