Within a radius between 45 minutes to 2 hours from Puyuhuapi Hotel & SPA, some of the best and most remote rivers for fly fishing in southern Chile await the angler for daily excursions. Subject to weather conditions and fishing locations, you will typically travel to the rivers of the region via de fjords and canals in the motor launch 'Dorita' - 9 meters in length with a comfortable and safe enclosed cabin, piloted by boatmen with vast experience in the waters of the area. After arriving at the mouth of your selected river, you will disembark in a motorized rubber boat to navigate upstream, and will fish by wading the numerous pools of the rivers.
