Lima, Peru

Founded in 1535 by the Spanish 'Conquistador' Pizarro, Lima is the capital of Peru. The city replaced Cuzco as capital and soon became the richest settlement of Spain in the New World. Today Lima is a metropolis of over eight and a half million inhabitants. In the centre you can find various interesting sights, like the museum of Anthropology, the Gold museum, the catacombs of the San Francisco Church and the Plaza de Armas.

Day-by-day Itinerary

Day 1

Upon arrival transfer to your hotel - Overnight in the hotel of your choice.

Day 2

City tour through Lima: During the city tour we visit the center of Lima and some of the mayor districts like Miraflores and Barranco. The historic center has many beautifully designed gates, altars and colonial balconies as well as a bustling pedestrian walkway linking the two plazas. We will visit the Cathedral and the San Fransisco church, the main square and the San martin square.

Day 3

Transfer to the airport and end of our services.
