We recently used the travel services of DiscoverBrazil to book our honeymoon. We worked closely with Marilis. I wanted to let you know that we received some of the best service we have ever experienced from a travel agent (all based on email and internet). We were very particular about our budget, activities and timing. She not only exhibited amazing patience with us as we changed our itinerary several times but she also made good suggestions about how we could reduce our costs and was great about customizing the package to us vs. pushing unwanted services our way. We are very excited about the final package but most importantly, we felt fully supported throughout the process. She made herself available on email and Skype and her response to my inquiries were almost always immediate. The real time response was amazing and very appreciated. It worked very well with my somewhat Type A personality. She was also very flexible and very open to our suggestions and changes, which we also greatly appreciated. The entire process was long (mainly because of our indecision), but she stuck with us and gave us the right amount of guidance and space to allow to come to a final decision.

We are back and cant take the smiles off our faces. I cant say enough wonderful things about the trip you put together for us. Zé from Free Spirit was great and prompt! Was there waiting on us when we arrived. Took us on a WONDERFUL city tour and even snagged us tickets to the Air Show so we could watch from the Yacht Club. A nice thing for him to do for us. He was just such a nice treat and loved the private tour he provided. Much better than being on a big bus with tons of other people.
I will never forget the cruise!! The Iberostar was such a wonderful ship. There isn't one negative thing I can say about the cruise. The service we received from ILS was top notch. I cant tell you how much I appreciated your going above and beyond the call of duty, from the welcome phone call to the wonderful book we received when we arrived. Everything met and surpassed our expectations and I thank you for making that happen. When we plan our next trip to South America I want you to know we will look no further than ISL to put together our trip. I cant thank you enough for making this the trip of a lifetime. Your country is full of such amazing sights. Thanks for helping bring it to life for us.
